Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ReelNaut (the "Service"), operated by the ReelNaut team ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ReelNaut generates short-form videos from your instructions using third-party AI models, and, when you connect a social account, publishes those videos to that account on the schedule you choose. You control which channels are connected, what is published and when.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
• You may disconnect any social account at any time from the Channels page; we delete the stored access tokens immediately.

3. Content

• You own the videos generated for you and may use them without restriction, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers.
• You are responsible for the content you publish, including compliance with the rules of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and any other platform.
• You may not use the Service to create content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property, impersonates real people, or violates platform policies. We block known copyrighted characters and run safety checks, but you remain responsible for what you publish.

4. Connected platforms

When you connect a channel we request only the permissions needed to read basic channel information and upload videos. We store the resulting tokens encrypted and use them solely to publish the videos you scheduled and to read view statistics for your dashboard. Use of YouTube data is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Billing

• Plans are billed per series, monthly or yearly, at the price shown when you subscribe. Your first preview (script, sample scenes and a voice sample) is free and no card is required for it; full videos render and publish only on a paid plan.
• You can cancel at any time; the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are available within 7 days of the first charge of a new subscription.

6. Availability and changes

The Service depends on third-party AI and platform APIs which may change or fail. We do our best to keep publishing reliable and will notify you in the app when something needs your attention, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
