Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ReelNaut at reelnaut.com (the "Service"). This website and the Service are operated by Goga Chokoraia (Individual Entrepreneur Goga Chokoraia), a registered individual entrepreneur in Georgia ("we", "us"); registration details are available on request. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. What the Service does

ReelNaut generates short vertical videos (script, narration, visuals, captions) from the topic and settings you choose, using third-party AI models, and, when you connect a social media account, uploads those videos to that account on the schedule you set. You decide which accounts are connected, which topics are used, and whether videos publish automatically or after your approval.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One person may hold one account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold or transferred.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create or publish content that:

• is illegal, or sexual, or involves minors in any sexual or harmful way;
• promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, hate or harassment against any person or group;
• gives instructions for weapons, drugs, hacking or fraud, or promotes scams, "guaranteed returns" or other deceptive financial claims;
• infringes copyright or trademarks, including reproducing protected characters, music or footage, or impersonates real people or organisations;
• violates the terms, community guidelines or spam policies of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or any other platform you publish to.

We run automated content checks before and after generation and may hold, remove or refuse content that breaks these rules. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate them, without refund. You remain solely responsible for what you publish and for your compliance with each platform's rules; we do not guarantee that a platform will accept, keep or promote any video.

4. Your content and licence

• You own the videos, scripts and images generated for your account and may use them commercially, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers (OpenAI, ElevenLabs and video-generation providers).
• You grant us the limited licence needed to generate, store, display and upload that content on your behalf, and to show anonymised, aggregated statistics.
• AI-generated content may resemble existing works or contain errors. Review it before relying on it.

5. Connected platforms

When you connect a channel we request only the permissions needed to read basic account information, upload videos and read the statistics of videos we uploaded. Access tokens are stored encrypted and used solely for those purposes. You can disconnect any channel at any time from the Channels page; we delete its tokens immediately. Our use of Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Plans, payment and refunds

• Plans are billed per series, monthly or yearly, at the price shown when you subscribe, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in USD; applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
• Card payments are processed by Flitt (TBC Bank); the charge appears on your card statement and receipts are available from the Billing page. We never see or store card numbers.
• Every visitor gets one free preview without an account (script, sample scenes, voice sample), and every account gets one free preview without a payment method. Full videos render and publish only on an active plan.
• You can cancel at any time from Billing; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Founder price: the first 100 accounts that pay for a monthly plan receive 20% off every monthly plan for 12 months from their first payment. The founder price applies to monthly billing only; yearly plans are charged at the regular yearly price. The discount is applied automatically at checkout while spots remain, is personal to the account, cannot be transferred or combined with other promotions (including the extra-series discounts), and plans return to the regular price at the first renewal after the 12 months end.
• Referral rewards (extra days for you and the person you invited) are granted only after the invited account's first approved payment, never exceed the value of that payment, are limited to 12 per account per year, have no cash value, and may be withheld or reversed for self-referrals, duplicate accounts or fraud.
• No refunds after generation. Rendering costs are incurred the moment a video is produced, so payments are not refunded to your card once any video has been generated in the paid period. The only exceptions, described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, are duplicate or mistaken charges and periods in which nothing was produced because of a fault on our side.
• If a renewal payment fails we retry within 24 hours; if it fails again the plan is cancelled and the series pauses until a new plan is started.

7. Availability, changes and third parties

The Service depends on third-party AI models and platform APIs that may change, rate-limit or fail. We work to keep rendering and publishing reliable and notify you in the app and by email when something needs your attention, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific render times, or any number of views, followers or revenue. We may change features, prices (for future periods, with notice) or these Terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings; this cancels active plans and removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create legal or platform-policy risk, and will tell you the reason.

9. Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or platform actions (demonetisation, strikes, removals) relating to content you chose to publish. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Consumers in the EU/EEA and UK keep the mandatory protections of their local law. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
